Peabody, MA, —TMC, a unit of AMETEK Ultra Precision
Technologies and the world leader in precision floor vibration control, has
appointed Steffen Roerentrop as European Sales Manager.
Based at TMC’s European sales office in Meerbusch, Germany, Mr.
Roerentrop is responsible for TMC’s sales and marketing activities in Europe,
where he will support TMC’s agents and distributors as well as work directly with
customers to help solve challenging floor vibration problems.
Drawing on his strong background in precision vibration control and
photonics, Mr. Roerentrop will provide technical expertise to TMC customers and
contribute to the design, manufacture, and service of TMC’s vibration control
products, while focusing on the unique needs of TMC’s growing European
customer base.

Prior to joining TMC, Mr. Roerentrop held positions in engineering,
technical sales, and sales management within the photonics equipment and
vibration control industries. His background includes development of key
accounts in Europe and Asia, developing new applications and expanding
markets through new partnerships
Mr. Roerentrop holds a degree in measurement technology from the
University of Applied Sciences and Arts Goettingen and resides in Gleichen,
Germany.
